Las Vegas is known as Sin City for a reason. The city hosts dozens, nay hundreds, of adult shows, strip clubs and topless swimming pools. To be naughty in Las Vegas is easy. Macau also offers quite a variety of adult entertainment venues, though most are discrete when advertising their wares.

With several notable exceptions: Franco Dragone’s innovative spectacular Taboo at City of Dreams (now closed); burlesque dancers Crazy Rouge, part of the Viva La Broadway show at Broadway Macau; and the venerable yet still spicy Crazy Paris show at the Grand Lisboa, a classic Vegas-style casino show that has been running for 28 years, though thankfully not with the same dancers.

While all these shows are performed in the dark, they aren’t shy about advertising their attractions in bright neon lights. Nor is the newest sensual show in town, Forever Crazy, showcasing the best of Crazy Horse Paris, which will run from November 1-12 at The Parisian Macao.

Arguably, Crazy Horse Paris’ Forever Crazy is the world’s best known, and most stylish, erotic adult cabaret show. Over the years, fashion designers including Karl Lagerfeld, Paco Rabanne, Emanuel Ungaro and Christian Louboutin have collaborated to create the scarcely-there costumes and high-altitude heels that underclothe this troupe of ten classically trained dancers as they gracefully execute the art of the tease.

The now legendary show was conceived in 1951 as a tribute to Alain Bernardin, the founder of Crazy Horse. Celebrating beautiful women who undress to impress, the avant-garde spectacular combines haute couture, luxury, art and a soundtrack that blends steamy jazz with seductive beats to mesmerising effect.

Crazy Horse shows have drawn more than 15 million enraptured fans, and many celebrities, including Elvis Presley, Elizabeth Taylor, President John F Kennedy, Madonna, Christina Aguilera, Jean Paul Gaultier, Pedro Almodovar, Sting, Kylie Minogue, Sharon Stone, Steven Spielberg, Naomi Watts, Michael Baryshnikov, Pink and Beyoncé.

From this nude review, audiences in Macau can expect passion, precision and plenty of skin, tassels, bob wigs, Christian Louboutin-designed high heels, and pouty, perfect-sculpted, ruby-red lips.
