With chefs from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia, dressed in traditional costume from their respective countries, Mistral is serving a Southeast Asian dinner buffet that boasts plenty of colour, flavour and authenticity. First, cool off with a with a chilled cincau (grass jelly) soya bean drink, or the custom-made Malaysian teh tarik—the celebrated Malaysian hand-pulled milk tea. Then indulge in a wide range of seafood,  including  Singapore Hainan chicken rice, Malaysian asam laksa (sour, fish-based soup with noodles), Thai Tom Yum prawn soup, or Indonesian kambing guling (grilled mutton). For dessert, there's an equally attractive range of dishes on offer, ranging from Indonesian pancakes to Thai mango sticky rice.

Little Match Girl
Celebrated director and choreographer Arthur Pita brings his magical dance theatre show The Little Match Girl to Macau this weekend. Based on Hans Christian Andersen's classic story, it tells the story of a little match girl selling her matches on the street on Christmas Eve. Lighting her last match to keep herself warm, she has a vision of her beloved grandmother, who takes her on a fantastic journey to the moon where they meet a stranded astronaut. With dance, songs and original music, Pita brings warmth, merriment and a happy ending to the originally sad story.
