1. Break fast
Recreating the elegant ambience of a garden courtyard in Paris, albeit under a glass dome in the midst of the retail area at City of Dreams, the expansive, city-of-light-filled award-winning café provides enervated shoppers a place to relax, unwind and indulge. The main menu offers bistro favourites such as sandwiches, salads and crepes, including a Croque-monsieur with ham, Beaufort cheese, gratinated gruyere cheese and mornay sauce that counts among the world's finest toasties, and pairs nicely with the warm Dame Tatin, carmelised apple served with Osco Fairtrade farmed honey and vanilla ice cream. On weekends, the Louvre is a crowded as its namesake on a summer day—visitors are advised to book ahead.
