An Exquisite Taste of Portugal In Macau
Lisbon-based Michelin-starred chef João Rodrigues brings three meticulously prepared menus to Galaxy Macau’s renowned Macanese and Portuguese restaurant Gosto this week, including a special a la carte menu (Sept 21-Oct 1), tapas night (Sept 23-24) and a wine dinner set menu (Sept 22). Rodrigues, the first in an ongoing series of guest chefs to appear at the resort, will delight guests’ palates with authentic Portuguese dishes such as sautéed tuna with mashed potatoes, lemon and capers in preserved olive oil; black pork shoulder with grilled iceberg lettuce and red pepper fermented paste; and glazed baby lamb legs and mix of cured meats.

A Smorgasbord Of Delicious Dining Offers
Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace are celebrating a double anniversary in Macau with fabulous F&B promotions at nearly two dozen fine dining restaurants. Until September 30, local residents and tourists alike can savour the tailor-made Michelin-inspired menus at Wynn Macau’s two-star Michelin Tan-cuisine restaurant Golden Flower, Macau’s only two-star Michelin Japanese restaurant Mizumi, Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Wing Lei and Forbes Five-Star Ristorante il Teatro. Meanwhile, Cantonese restaurant Wing Lei Palace, the Japanese restaurant Mizumi, regional Chinese restaurant Andrea’s, as well as SW Steakhouse, have all crafted unique anniversary menus.
Satisfy Your Peking Duck Craving
Diners can savour a trio of mouthwatering Chinese specialities until the end of this week at JW Marriot’s Man Ho Restaurant. Chef Ben Wong serves up three delicious Chinese specialities, including must-try tender and crispy half Peking duck; braised sea cucumber with scallion accompanied by giant grouper fillet; and sautéed tiger prawn with supreme soya sauce.

Bene Puts Piedmontese Cuisine In The Spotlight
The first of its kind in Macau, Bene Food & Wine Mercato at Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel is a unique interactive dining concept that explores different regions across Italy. This Friday and Saturday, the Italian trattoria showcases Piedmont, a northeastern Italian region acclaimed for its fine wines and for an array of antipasti, bagna cauda and vitello tonnato. Helmed by executive sous chef Luca Pecorari, the Mercato introduces his hometown specialties and family recipes with dishes such as braised beef cheek with Barolo wine, fried frog legs with parsley salsa verde, and slow roasted veal with tuna, anchovies and caper sauce, all delicately complemented by premium wines.
A Star-studded Tasting Menu
With an impressive six Michelin stars under his apron, celebrated German-Swiss chef Rolf Fliegauf will be presenting two exquisite tasting menus created exclusively at Macau’s elite Yi Pavilion at the Altira Macau on September 22-23. The final guest chef of this year’s Michelin guide Hong Kong Macau Dining Series’ International Chef Showcase, Fliegauf will prepare a menu of masterful dishes that are sure to surprise and delight diners, such as foie gras müsli, an experimental take on the traditional Swiss cereal with marinated, frozen foie gras and blackcurrants. Seats will be limited, so advance booking is recommended.
