Hotel Okura Macau's signature Japanese restaurant Yamazato will host a guest chef Daisuke Usui from the Kyoto Hotel Okura’s Michelin-starred Awata Sanso restaurant from September 15-17. The acclaimed chef will create a range of dishes from Kyoto, including sea bream sushi with bamboo leaf, simmered tiger prawn, and steamed Wagyu sirloin and eggplant with white miso sauce.

The Kyoto Cuisine promotion will be served continuously through October 22, with dishes prepared by executive chef Akira Hayashi and his culinary team.
