As the summer heat intensifies, so does the need for more “cooling” dishes. While Le Chinois' a la carte menu serves a range of refreshing Cantonese dishes such as crunchy lobster baked with fresh coconut, and honey and braised seafood and winter melon with supreme sauce, the restaurant’s 8-course seasonal menu will tempt any devoted fan of excellent Chinese fare. Dishes are light and feature fresh, robust flavours including marinated okra with honey and sprite, double-boiled fresh coconut with abalone and dried scallops and bamboo pith.
