Under the leadership chef Justin Paul, The Golden Peacock has been awarded a one-star rating in the Michelin Guide Hong Kong & Macau for four years in a row (from 2014 to 2017). Paul’s culinary expertise lies in a wide range of Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines and in September the chef will offer the Indian regional cuisine of Goa, which, like Macau, is a former Portuguese territory with an intriguing blending of eastern and western culinary influences.

Chef Paul will present nine-course tasting menu with an emphasis on seafood, along with coconut, chili peppers, rich spices and vinegar, in dishes such as curried Scottish scallop soup; pomfret ambotik (silver pomfret, chili, garlic, banana shallots, tamarind); and Goan fish curry. An à la carte menu is also on offer.
